At Banana Club, we want you to love your style; if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and any included accessories are included.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
